Оказалось, что сделал отчёт на повторное отправление, а продублировать - не нашёл. Повторюсь по памяти: получил заказ изначально спустя 2 месяца, при этом колонка приехала перед 8 марта в неисправном состоянии, Аккум не заряжался на протяжении нескольких дней. Сообщил о дефекте продавцу, выслал видео подтверждение. После чего продавец выслал оперативно замену. Прилетел за две недели. Все домочадцы довольны. Колонка до сих пор играет. Продавцу спасибо за оперативность исправления дефекта, обещал проверять работоспособность на будущее перед отправкой.
